Data minimization
ApplySlate is designed not to require direct student identifiers such as student name, date of birth, transcript, tax return or student account.
Payment information
Payment processing is expected to be handled by Stripe. ApplySlate should not store card data.
Research case data
Case research should use a random case ID and be separated from payment identity wherever practical.
Recovery
The purchaser email may be used to recover a lost private intake or report link. Recovery identity should remain separate from the research profile.
Retention
Case data should be retained only as long as necessary for fulfillment, correction and the published support period, then deleted according to the final retention policy.
